Refund Process
How to Request a Refund

Free Trials
Dashlane offers free trials for our premium services:
- Free trials require a valid payment method to begin

- Automatic charges after free trials are not eligible for refunds under the 30-day guarantee
It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.
Business & Family Plans
Business Plans
For business and team subscriptions:
- Separate terms may apply as outlined in your business agreement
- Business plan refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
- Contact your account manager or business support for assistance
Family Plans
For family plan subscriptions:
- The same refund policies apply as for individual plans
- The plan administrator must initiate any refund requests
- Refunds apply to the entire family plan, not individual members
Special Circumstances
Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service interruptions:
- We will issue service credits for interruptions exceeding 24 hours
- Credits are applied as extensions to your subscription
- Refunds may be considered for interruptions exceeding 72 hours
